Websites start at $499 CAD. It's a flat price — not a deposit, not an hourly rate, and not a number we make you email us for. What moves it is scope: how many pages you need, whether we're writing the copy from scratch, and whether you want extras like online booking, e-commerce, or several location pages. We put the final figure in writing before we start, and it doesn't change unless you ask for more.

48 hours. The clock starts once you've handed over your content and paid — not when you first email us. Before that, we scope the project and agree on exactly what we're building. So if it takes you a week to gather your photos and text, the build still takes 48 hours from the moment they land.

Because we started Webrivio after watching web designers charge small businesses thousands of dollars for very little in return. Rudra and Ayzah won a competition, interviewed for Summer Company — an Ontario government program — and were accepted with a $3,000 grant to start the studio. That grant is why we can publish a real price instead of hiding it behind a consultation. $499 is a starting price, not a bait number: you get a custom-designed site, not a template with your logo dropped into it.

Yes. We're based in Toronto and work right across the GTA — North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill. We're a service-area studio, so there's no office to visit; everything runs over email, phone, and video, which also means we can build for businesses anywhere in Canada.

It helps, but no. Real photos of your work, your team, and your shop almost always beat stock — even ones taken on a phone. If you don't have any, we'll design around type, layout, and your services, and leave clean slots you can drop real photos into later. What we won't do is pass off stock images as your work.

Yes. You don't need to show up with finished text. Send us rough notes — what you do, who you serve, what you charge, what people always ask you — and we'll write and structure the page around it. You approve every word before it goes live. If you'd rather write it yourself, we'll edit it and tune the headlines and calls to action as we build.

That's a normal project for us, and often the fastest one — the words and photos already exist, so it's a design and build problem. Send us the link and we'll tell you honestly what we'd change. Sometimes the answer is that your site is fine and only two pages are letting you down, and we'll say so rather than sell you a rebuild you don't need.

Completely. You own the code, the domain, and every account we set up in your name. There's no licence to keep paying and nothing stops working if you walk away from us. If you ever want to move the site somewhere else, tell us and we'll help you export it.

We hand over everything — code, domain, and logins — and we stay reachable at hello@webrivio.com if something breaks or you want a change. If you'd like us to keep hosting and maintaining the site we can, but it's optional and there's no lock-in. You can move it anywhere, any time.
