Process · How it goes

Four weeks.
No chaos.

Most agencies feel like a black box — endless kickoffs, vague timelines, surprise invoices. We run the opposite play: tight phases, clear deliverables, and a shared doc you can open any time to see exactly where things stand.

Discovery

Week 01 · 2 – 3 days

A 60-minute kickoff call, a short questionnaire, and a quiet afternoon where we dig into your market. We come back with a single document: who you're really selling to, what they need to see, and what's stopping them from buying today.

01
Kickoff call

We listen. You talk about your business, your best clients, the ones you wish you had more of, and the ones you'd rather not.

02
Market audit

We study your 5 closest competitors — what they're doing well, where they're vulnerable, and where we can out-position them.

03
Strategy doc

One page. Audience, positioning, primary action, proof points, and the three things your site absolutely must communicate.

Direction

Week 02 · 4 – 5 days

Before we build a single page, we lock the visual direction. Two design concepts for the home page — deliberately different from each other — so you can feel the difference and pick with confidence. We iterate once, then commit.

01
Moodboard

Visual references, type specimens, and color directions. A shared language before we open Figma.

02
Two home-page concepts

Not variations of the same idea — two genuinely different takes, so the choice is meaningful.

03
Design system

Type, color, spacing, components. Once approved, every other page is fast.

Build

Week 03 · 7 – 9 days

Figma becomes code. We build on your own domain in staging, share a link you can check anytime, and run two tight revision rounds — one for design polish, one for content and copy. Tested on real devices, not just our screens.

01
Page-by-page build

Home first, then services, portfolio, about, contact. Each page reviewable as it ships.

02
Content & copy polish

We tune headlines, CTAs, and hierarchy based on how the real pages feel — not how they looked on paper.

03
Device QA

iPhone, Android, iPad, Windows, Mac. Slow 4G to fiber. We test where your customers actually are.

Launch

Week 04 · Go live

DNS cutover on a Tuesday — never a Friday. Analytics, schema, and form integrations tested live. Then a 30-day warranty window where anything we missed gets fixed at no cost. After that, support is opt-in.

01
DNS & SSL

We handle the cutover with zero downtime and email routing intact.

02
Analytics & tracking

Google Analytics 4, form conversion events, call tracking if requested. You see what's working from day one.

03
Handoff

30-minute walkthrough, written docs, and access to every account we set up. It's your website — you own all of it.

Four hours of your time,
spread across four weeks.

—01

A 60-min kickoff call

Open the kimono. The more honestly you talk about your business, the sharper the final website.

—02

One page of notes from you

Your best client stories, your top services, and the questions you get asked all the time.

—03

Two design reviews

30 minutes each. We share Loom walk-throughs if you can't make a call — async works.

—04

Access to your domain & hosting

Or we buy and set them up for you. Your choice.

Start the clock.
Launch in four weeks.
